Spread mud on the desired parts of the body, apart from face. Leave for 15-20minutes and rinse off with warm water. To treat hair, massage a small quantity of mud into the scalp. Leave for about 10 minutes and rinse off with warm water. It is recommended to warm the jar of mud slightly, in hot water, or in a microwave for about 15 seconds prior to treatment.
